Help

How long does delivery take?

Bosta delivers in 2–5 business days. The fee is 80 EGP for Cairo & Giza and 85 EGP for Alexandria & Beheira; other governorates may differ and are confirmed at checkout.

Can I check the order before paying?

Yes. Open it with the courier there. If something is not right, refuse it and you only pay the delivery fee. Once you accept, the order is yours.

Can I return or exchange?

VEGA® does not refund after delivery, which is why you inspect first. Exchanges are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

What if something is wrong or faulty?

DM @vegaegy within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos.

How do I track my order?

You receive Bosta tracking once the order ships.
